What Does A Yard Cleanup Cost?

Our seasonal yard cleanups are very thorough and will make a dramatic difference in the appearance of your property.

Spring Cleanup

$500 - $1500+

This is a price range that can vary depending on the size of your property and the scope of the cleanup work we're going to be doing for you.

Fall Cleanup

$500 - $1500+

This is a price range that can vary depending on the size of your property and the scope of the cleanup work we're going to be doing for you.

Seasonal Yard Cleanups Can Include

The scope of seasonal yard and landscape cleanups can vary depending on the size of the property.

Spring Yard Cleanups

  • Cleanout garden beds of leaves and organic debris.
  • Prune any dead or damaged branches on trees and shrubs.
  • Re-establish edging around garden beds and lawn edges.
  • Plant any new plants or flowers.
  • Apply pre-emergents to lawn and garden beds.
  • Apply seasonal spring fertilizer to lawn.
  • First of the season mowing.
  • Install new hardwood mulch in garden beds.
  • Sprinkler startup and repair if necessary.

Fall Yard Cleanups

  • Cleanout garden beds of leaves and organic debris.
  • Leave raking and removal.
  • Prune any dead or damaged branches on trees and shrubs.
  • Re-establish edging around garden beds and lawn edges.
  • Aerate the lawn.
  • Apply seasonal fall fertilizer to lawn.
  • End of the season mowing.
  • Install new hardwood mulch in garden beds.
  • Sprinkler system blow-out.

We have been customers since 2012! Every year we start off the season with a Spring Clean up in our gardens and lawn followed by a lawn fertilization. Then our weekly lawn cuttings go from mid April to late October early November. The maintenance team does a thorough job leaving our lawn looking neat and nicely manicured. The office staff is attentive and makes sure to satisfy our special requests. Kudos to JB’s, you will look forward to seeing their truck pull up to your property every week! LO (Blairstown)
