Driveway Remediation & Sealcoating
Removal of Damaged AsphaltFirst, our driveway restoration crew cuts out damaged sections of asphalt, corrects the underlying base aggregate, and installs patches of new asphalt. New sections of asphalt are bound to the existing driveway using a rubber sealant that moves with the natural expansion and contraction of your driveway through the changing of the seasons.
Crack RemediationThe same flexible rubber sealant used to bind new and old asphalt is used to fill any cracks throughout the driveway. Crack sealant is most effective when applied at the initial occurrence of cracks. The longer you wait, the more challenging it is to resolve these issues.
SealcoatingOnce all driveway imperfections are corrected, a sealcoat is applied to the entire driveway! This sealcoat blends all sections of driveway to a uniform darkness. Just like you would expect a new driveway to look like! Our sealcoat also protects the underlying asphalt from the degradation of moisture, oil spills, and UV Rays that occur over time.
