I. Spring Clean up: Removal of all salt and grit deposits from edges of lawn. A complete cleanup of lawn areas. Any leaves in beds or parking lot will be removed.

II. Lawn Maintenance: Removal of paper trash, twigs and other undesirable material prior to mowing. Lawn will be cut and trimmed every seven days or when needed. If clippings lay heavily on lawn they will be bagged or blown away for an extra cost. Pavement and sidewalks will be blown free from any clippings.

III. Turf Applications: Spring Fertilizer with pre-emergent. Broadleaf pesticide spray in spring this will make lawn weed free. A fall Fertilizer will also be applied. Insect treatment will only be done if there are signs of insect damage or the history of your turf demands it.

IV. Pruning shrubs: All common area shrubs will be pruned to maintain a neat appearance. However, a natural look is desirable when possible.

V. Fall Clean up: Clean up of all debris (leaves, twigs, branches) will be done before November 30 of the current year.

VI. Mulching: If the area is getting resurfaced with a new layer of mulch it will only be covered with one to two inches of mulch. If the area is getting its first layer of mulch it will be covered with two to three inches of mulch.

VII. Snowplowing: Plowing includes driveway & shoveling in front of garage when applicable. Shoveling of sidewalks and salting can also be included in your snowplow package if desired or needed. Salting can also be added to your snowplow package.
